Located in Regina, Saskatchewan and part of the Wellness Revolution Studio team, I offer customized programs, fitness and nutrition consulting, personal training and a variety of fitness classes.
Train with me in a cool and private studio, learn new exercises and proper technique, be held accountable to reaching your milestones, and have fun!
My philosophy is simple: I train my clients like I train myself. I don’t believe in aging gracefully. And there is no such thing as ‘workouts for women’. Work hard, see results.

Sessions are 45 minutes. Cancellation of all sessions must be at least 24 hours prior to session start or full fee will be charged.
Group training for 3-8 participants. Program and session length will be personalized to meet the group's needs.
Program includes consultation, goal setting, customized fitness training plan, nutrition education and consulting with sample meal plans, weekly check-ins, plan adjustments. Full time support.
With one personal training session per month.
Plan only. No coaching included. I recommend refreshing these every 8 weeks based on your changing needs.

Strength training and conditioning. Upper body and lower body workouts with a fun metabolic finisher. Every class is different.
Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Grind away your weekday stress! Conditioning circuits combine strength training and intense cardio that will leave you burning fat for hours.
Saturday 9:00-9:45 a.m.
